Python script for changing youngs modulus based on Strain energy density

Hello Guys,
I have been using Abaqus for last 6 months. Now I have to use Python as well. I need help and guidance regarding this.

My problem statement is.

I have a block. I encastre the bottom of the block and apply loads on top of the block. I look for Strain Energy density in a particular nodeset. If strain enerrgy density exceeds a particular value in any of the nodes I need to change the Young's in those particular nodes in the nodeset and run the simulation n number of times.

I would really happy if any one can help me in this.
