I have face this case, need your advice,
In PWHT chart, my client require to separate the thermocouple record each other from beginning or finishing for him to can see how many thermocouple actualy, because in chart they all overlap to each other create a dark line.
Was the client required correct or not, any code to refer this?
Thanks for your help

So, your strip record chart of several thermo-couples over-printed each other to make a single broad line?

nkvon,
There is no code requirement anywhere for separated record sheet for each thermocouple.
Very simple, the client is honorable man and he carefully tries not to express his suspicion that you cheat him.
Since you have several thermocouples located at separated places, it is expected that they will show a slight difference from each other, so chart record will create a group of close lines in same order.
A precise overlap of all records is unlikely (better say impossible…? ) so client suspects that a short circuit was made between all thermocouples and now there is no way to prove that PWHT process was done uniformly according to code requirements.

Can you use a different colored pen for each thermocouple recorder? That might suffice.
