purge commonspace

Good Morning


We are using Intralink 3.4. I'm purging commonspace, I'm purging All Except Last Version on Selected Revisions. Everything works fine except I get several IN USE CONFLICTS. My question is what does the override conflict (IN USE) button do to my files after I purge?
