Pumping to Domestic/Commercial supplies

I have been tasked to investigate the possibilities of adding small Pumps to Commercial/Agricultural properties that are higher than the critical pressure point within a Water Pressure Zone. What type of pumps are available for such a task? and What restrictians will I encounter? ie Flow, Noise.
