Anybody with experience pumping a hydrocarbon mix (solid/liquid) at very high pressures (1000+ psig) and high temperatures (>500 F)? What kind of pumps are used? And what issues are their with decomposition (fouling and coking). Anybody have experience with the old SRC1 and SCR2 (or Exxon Donor Solvent) systems? They must have been operated at very high pressures and temperatures. What kind of operability problems might they have encountered?
