Pulse counter turns on timed relay depending on number of pulses

Working on a project with a pulsed output, 50 ms on 50 ms off
stays high on pulse is done

ex. if i have 5 pulses i want to trigger a relay for 5 minutes
if i have 1 pulse, the relay would be active for 1 minute, etc

Is there such an animal without going to a plc?

Probably not. But doing it in Siemens Logo! is almost a piece of cake. Half a piece, I would say. And dirt cheap also.
