All,
Is anybody aware of any testing best practice for Safety Relief Valve (SRV).
There is any formal pass or fail criteria in order to enable a full investigation to be triggered.

Is a fail criteria of 10% above the set pressure is considered as a good pass/fail criteria to evaluate SRV perfromance? Any standard or best practice?
