PSV online testing

Someone have experience in online testing of PSV containing dangerous fluid like hydrocarbons?

Trevitest or other systems are certified to perform this type of test?

a lot of people test them on line. You install a block valve under the PSV and then a test ring between the valve and PSV. You can pressure up between the block valve and psv with N2.
