Prssure Drop through perforated plate

Dear Sir,

I am trying to calculate pressure drop throgh perforated plate . i have air flow of 1000 SCFM at 1600 oF. passing through plate which is 20% open. and it has 0.25 in diameters of holes.

if anyone have formulas to caluate this pressure drop or any reference material i can use... please help...

Thank you for your help sir, but i am just not looking for answer. I am to do it by hand calculation. so if u have any formula for calculation.
