I'm trying to delete some screens in ProTool and it won't let me because it says that they're being referred to by other objects. I've deleted all the referring controls but I still get the message. Running Cross-Reference yields the following screen:

Can anybody explain this to me and tell me how to rid myself of this link so that I can kill the screen?

When you are in the Cross reference, you press Ctrl and right click the mouse. Select Scan all logerror. Press Ctrl and right click the mouse again, and then select Repair All.

palle2000, I'm curious how you came to know this. I hunted through the documentation and never came across it.

Is it something you learned in a training class or from somebody else?

Hi Beggar
I belive this function and problem came with Protool vers. 5.0. At that time I ran into the same problem as you did now, so I contacted our Siemens supplyer, and they told me this trick. Today I Repair all scanlogerrors after finishing a project.
