I am trying to create a symbol instance in the Part model in Creo 3.0, with the API ProSolidDtlsymdefRetrieve to retrieve.
It was able to retrieve given symbol from the disk, when i try to place the symbol in givne combination state it fails to create symbol instance.
Is any one can able to create symbol instance successfully in 3D model, if course i have th Toolkit 3D drawing license as recommended by PTC.
Note: Symbol instance flow , dtl attach allocation followed same in drawing able to create symbol instance without any issues.
