PropertyManager not auto-appearing

All of a sudden my PropertyManager is not automatically appearing (when I want to add mates for example). I have to click its tab to get it to appear.

I'll bet there's a setting somewhere that needs checked/unchecked, but I can't find it (and help is no... help?). Help? Thanks,

Ooh, I'm so dumb sometimes.

SECONDS after submitting this I found it. I realized I was looking for FeatureManager, not PropertyManager.
