Properties Pallete

While dragging the properties palette from the left side of my work space to the right, it disappeared. I have been unable to recover the display. When I click the properties icon in the standard toolbar, command window displays "_HIDEPROPERTIES" or "_PROPERTIES" but the palette does not display. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Draftsight 2016 SP1

Is it there when you switch between Classic and Ribbon views? Have you right clicked next to the Help on the menu & checked Properties? There are a number of ACAD solutions, but I don't know if any of them will work for Draftsight.
