Hi,

I am looking for some simple program to calculate spectras with. Anyone?

Are looking to do that within an FEA program? Or do you want want a program that takes in descrete time history points and calculates an FFT? If the latter, Excel will calculate an FFT.

Free, hugely powerful: tad pricey, easy to use: Mathcad
Expensive, hugely powerful: Matlab

Effectively free and truly gruesome to use for FFTs: Excel.
