Profil Grinding

i work for can packaging workshop. for making seaming roll we use diaform(pantograph)to get the profil. we face out tolerance result. did any one can help me how much the tolerance of the radius the diamond dresser?couse we asume the error come from there

You will probably have to take multiple measurements of the part, the grinder and the dresser during your process to determine when/which things go out of specification.
