Please am using Hysys to model a Topping Unit Plant and i put a Fired Heater but my work is not converging also how can i model and size a distillation column.
gO TO hYSIS HELP.. IT WILL GIVE YOU ALL DETAIL ABOUT SIZING THE DISTILLATION COLUMN. ACTUALLY THERE ARE FEW CASE STUDY, SO GO THROUGH THAT AND IT WILL HELP U LOT TO UNDERSTAND SIZING AND MODELING. HEY FOR FIRED HEARTHER PROBLEM CHEK HEAT BALANCE OR MASS BALANCE ACROSS THE STREAM AND TRY TO INCREASE NO OF ITERATION. I THINK FOR UR MODLE dof IS NOT 0. THATS WHY GIVING U A TROUBLE.
