Please help me for the right choice of carrier growth, the following points need to be clarified .

1.What is the scope of a process Engineer in Advanced Process Control (APC)
2.Is it a good option to shift your job from Process design to Advanced Process control (APC) if you have a little bit of operational experience too. what are the Merits and Demerit of such a shift.
