Process Engineering Book

Hi,

I graduated as a chemical engineer two years ago but I have been working out of my field ever since. However, next month I will start working as a process engineer for an oil & gas EPC.
Can someone please recommend a book that will refresh my memory about all the important topics related to process engineering
( ie. mass balances, heat balances, equipments & sizing, process design, P&ID'S etc.)

Congratulation!
You are entering a field that is versatile. I would suggest that you lay your hands on API standards relevant to immediate assignment you may encounter and Applied Process Design for Chemical and Petrochemical Plants, Vol.1 by Ernest E. Ludwig.
There are lot of materials you can get on the internet. But, I would advise that you study in line with the challenges you would encounter in your job.

I would maintain that if you know GPSA Volumes I and II and Crane TP 410, you will be well on your way for the next several years to come at least.
