We are running on an extrusion machines, and we do have a problem with "lines" on our produced bottles. Previously we had adjusted our processing temperature on the extruder, however, when the lines about to dissapear we have a "wavy" textures visible on body parts.

What would be the relations between high temperature (that I assume from my experience), could make the "lines" disappear but somehow, causing visible "wavy" textures; with the tempering temperature?

Is it true that we should have looked for perfect temperature gap between parison coming out from die & pin, with mold temperature?

Appreciate any help on this matter, Thanks!

Have you checked your die and parison for burrs or nicks?

Is the material sticking to the die? Are you using a coating on the die and parison?

Is your breaker plate fine enough to trap unmelted particles?
