Problem with meshing Abaqus (Environment Error) 1

Hello
When I want to mesh a part in Abaqus, It says: Environment Error: An Error has occurred loading the excel utilities plug in. The modulus pythoncm, win32com win31api are required.
Any one knows how to resolve this error?

Which version of Abaqus do you use ? This issue may be caused by the fact that you have installed an older version of Python than the one required by Abaqus.

It's 6.14.
While meshing It closes the Abaqus.
