Problem with editing text or cotes

I have a big problem in Inventor 10.When I try to insert a text in a drawing or to modify another text or cote this disappear !!!.First the text dialog box appear,I can write the text but when I press OK nothing happening (the text I wrote doesn't appear).I must change some settings but where? Can anybody help me?

Search Google on Autodesk Inventor Text Hotfix.
Download and install the hotfix.

KB918118 is your problem. There is a hot fix. Run a search.
