Problem with assembly weight

I have a fairly large assy that wont give me the correct weight! Per hand calcs it should weigh aprox 500,000 lbs. Creo says 2,000,000! I have checked all the material densities and changed them all to SS (0.279760) Can anybody give me a clue as to why? Also there is piping involved I say this because the pipe solids came in differently than the regular parts.

Make sure one of the parts or assemblies are not set to a metric scale (like mm newton/sec). Also make sure there are no parts with no density specified.
