problem with accessing to sub menus

hi everyone
i have a problem with the sub menu in the abaqus. for instance when i want to use the create solid: extrude, i can not access to its sub menus. how can i fix this problem or from where i can access this options?

Left click on the button and holding the mouse key pushed down is not showing the suboptions? Then there is something wrong. Have you tried to reinstall A/CAE?

As workaround: You can use the pull-down options on the top. In this case it would be Shape->Solid
