Hello,

I've faced a problem which I can't handle. I have an old design in which there is a face that has an intersection that isn't perfect. When milling this part we get a small "bump" of five microns which isn't wanted.
So my question is if there is any way to change the intersection on this face, which I believe will solve the problem.

When generating the CAM NC on this part the problem gets more visible, unfortunately I do not have an image of that at this moment.

I am using NX 6.0.5.3

1) Try put an edge blend on the edge, if there is an angle between the faces, the blend should soften that.
2) can you extract, export and upload the faces visible in the picture ? ( only these 4-5 faces should not reveal any company secrets.)

Regards,
Tomas
