Problem uninstalling my .NET Framework

Would anyone know why I can't un-install my .NET Framework 4.0?

I'm trying to install AutoCAD on my computer and during the installation process a message pops up that says it was not able to install .Net Framework and then it says it can not continue with the installation (apparently the AutoCAD installation program attempts to remove and then re-install the .NET Framework but can't succeed).

Any suggestions? Thanks for your assistance.

Yes, I first posted it there, but I couldn't get the issue resolved. I'm waiting for my IT people to come by and re-image my computer and they think that may help the situation. But I was just trying to get some more answers.
