Problem regarding opening backup Abaqus cae files

Hi All,
Recently, my laptop got an issue, and had to replace it.
I am getting an error message (attached) while trying to open backup Abaqus cae files on the new laptop. The error seems like a version of Abaqus, but I am using the same 2021 HF8 version on both laptops.

So, what can be the issue and how can I solve this?

Are you sure that it's the same version ? If it was 2018 HF8, the top bar would show "Abaqus/CAE 2021.HF8 [Viewport: 1]". Try installing HF8 (or higher) fix pack.

Yes, it is showing 2021.HF8 in installation detail but not in top bar.

Maybe try reinstalling Abaqus from Golden and then adding the newest fix pack.
