I have installed redhat linux 7.2. I tried to access the linux workstation using the telnet program that comes with windows. But after a long time a message "connection to 192.168.0.200 could not be established" appears. How can I solve the problem. I have installed every thing that comes with linux.

Try putting the IP address and a name for your windows machine in the /etc/hosts file on the linux box.
