problem during compilation

I am unable to run the Job it is getting aborted due to problem during compilation

When I checked in log file it is showing
ifort: Command line error: Unrecognized keyword 'array64byte' for option '/align'

I am using VUMAT subroutine (attached)

Can some one know how to fix this problem, please reply
