I posted this thread in the QC and Inspection forum, but thought I would try here as well...

Is there a standard for locations of probe hits for drawings? Any ANSI spec on this?

Trying to describe a probing strategy on a print for a CMM. Such as measuring a 3-D profile.
The manufacturing process includes a CMM in the cell and I want to control the location of the probe hits.
