Pro/E 4.0 -Missing "Sketch Difinition Tool" in dashboard

Hi friends,
I have come across a problem while modeling in part mode. The problem is like this-
While I select "Extrude" option for modeling it opens a dashboard where I don't find "Sketch Definition Tool". For more clarity I am inserting screen shot of it.

How to show the tool?

1.Click "placement" button
2.Right click in sketch area, the 1st opinion.

hold mouse button 3 in graphics screen and then a popup will appear
go to sketch internal and then select the sketching plane u will get sketching module
