Printing input lists in Caesar II

Can someone please remind me how to print the input lists in Caesar II? I do not want the input echo.

I know it can be done as I used to do it all the time but I have forgotten how, I have done the obvious - selected the print button, highlighted the whole list and then hit the print button etc, but every time it only prints the graphics.
