Most printing inks are make of finely divided suspended solids. Carbon black is not uncommon. Some iron compounds are also used. There are many other formulations.
Depending on many things (exact formulation, quantity, whether water based, to name a few), my first attempt would be by filtering. Other approaches would be boiling, coagulation via addition of flocculants, and coagulation via change of pH.

It is not an easy problem to solve. The major complication is that the pigments used for the inks are probably too small to be filtered out directly and very diluted.
Additionally it is very likely that you have dispersants worsening the problem. Depending on the components you may have to choose your solution. Floculants or precipitation may help you as Elguero mentioned, afterwards filtration could be applied.
