I'm currently working as a Consultant and I'm in difficult to certify the Interium Payment Certificates to the Contractor I have no perice index for Bitumen materials.Ihave tried to visit thie website as indicated in the contract document HSFO 180 CST MEAN/Average PLATTS Quotation but I did'nt succeeded.Also I have visited this website
