Pretension spindle bearing

Hello friends,
am carrying out a simulation in Abaqus/Explicit,whereby i have to pretension two spindle bearings of the type HCB7014 mounted in O-Arrangement in axial direction(see photo).Unfortunately am not sure of the procedure for successfully implementing this in Abaqus.I will be immensely grateful for any help/suggestions pertaining to this.
