Prestress before steady-state dynamic analysis

Hi to all. I've this problem.

I've a structure that must be preloaded with a X value. Then, on this deformed structure, I want to apply a steady state dynamic analysis. How I can do that with abaqus?

With a conventional linear structure the prestress makes no difference. The usual way of applying prestresses in the automotive FEA world is via temperature differentials.
