Prestress and Torsion

Hello.

I need to design H=330cm B=300cm rectangular beam that subjected to 3000 ton*m torsion. (Factored)

I can handle maybe the longitudinal reinforcement, but not with the stirrups needed.

I want to Pre-stress the beam to reduce torsional reinforcement requirement. (Post-tension)

Where can I find an example for something like this?

I prefer something according to the BS or Eurocode, but everything will be great.
