IN PRESSURE VESSEL WE HAVE INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL PRESSURE AND BIGGER THICKNESS IS GOVERNED BY EXTERNAL PRESSURE.NOW FOR SPECIFING OF HYDROTEST PRESSURE WE USE PARAGRAPH 8.2.1 THAT DIRECTLY CONNECTED TO "MAWP".
NOW QUESTION IS :DOS IT NEED TO USE THICKNESS IS CALCULATED BY EXTERNAL PRESSURE FOR ESTIMATION OF "MAWP" ? DEFINITELY IN THIS CASE HYDROTEST PRESSURE WOULD BE INCREASED.
