3. Requirements and effects of underwater welding (on steel tubes) at extreme cold temp. and high pressure.
4. Failure of steel tubes and prevention of failure under high pressure-- i.e. weld induced residual stress, fatigue, corrosion.
5. Additional considerations of structural pressure tubes at high pressure -- i.e. what happens if I load the tube.
