hey. short story: i am looking for something pressure sensitive so that the resistance is least at a fingerstroke, but when the fingerstroke terminates, the resistance is full.

been googling and searching searching searching for this stuff CSA (CS57-7RSC). more data can be found here at the japanese website:
i am attempting to fix an AKAI MPC1000 sampler, which uses pressure sensitive variable-resistive conductive rubber to judge the velocity of padstrokes.

anyone know how i can get some of this stuff or something similar? i ordered some zoflex 45.1 and it didn't work - it was more of an on/off switch. the rubber conducted, but only under great pressure (not sensible for my musical instrument) and there wasn't a smooth, analog change in the resistance--it was more sudden. i'm looking for something that will smoothly lower the resistance as i press with increasing force.

thank you for your help.
