If you call a valve distributor and ask for a valve for that range, the first thing they are going to ask you is "what size?". If you don't know that, you'll need to tell them the required flowrate and temperature so they can calculate the size. Then you'll need to tell them the connections: Screwed or flanged. ASME VIII says that air valves (Air, steam, and water hotter than 140F) need a lifting lever, so be sure you get a lever so you will be code-compliant. On a low-pressure valve like this you will have the choice of brass, iron, steel, or stainless valves.
