How pressure ratings (Class) of ASTM 106 Gr B or API 5L pipe be known?

There's no standard rating for piping similar to flanges if that is what you mean by 'class'.

The pressure rating of the pipe is calculated using the applicable design codes and material properties at your design temperature.
