I am defining fluïd-structure contact in Abaqus Explicit. but Im stuck with the the parameters.
The pressure-overclosure relationship. What does it really mean?

The dictionary doesn't give me a good translation for overclosure. Does anybody know?

It refers to a distance characterizing small overlapping (interference) of adjacent meshed regions. Typically the name appears related to contact modeling (as opposite to "clearance" used to indicate a distance characterizing a small gap.)
