Pressure from Displacement vs Arc Length plot

Hi All,

I am analysing results from a Riks step analysis on pressure on a cylinder. I have plotted my XY graph of Displacement vs Arc Length.

My aim is to plot a Pressure vs Displacement curve of a non-linear response. How can I do this from the Displacement vs Arc Length plot?
