Pressure Building up slow

Hello all,

I have the cylinder as attached. I need to have the pressure of 300 -310 bar at transducer 3.1. I have set VP3-5 to -10V . Vp 3-1 to 10V and vp 3-4 to 0v. My cylinder is building pressure of 300 bar but it is very slow. What could be the reason?
