Hi Engtips,
Info: We have a press platen lets say 48"x120"x 2.25"thk with a number of 1 1/2" holes drilled through it for the passage of hot oil....at 150 psi, 350 deg F
Question: Does it need to be registered with a CRN number, or is it exempt by Section VIII U-1 being less than 6" ID (i think that's the correct section). Is there some other code I should be aware of...
I searched eng tips already and couldnt find a similar topic but if there is one that someone could point me to that would be great!
We have not registered them in the past, but we haven't built them in a while so there may be updates I am not aware of
