Precast Conctrete Panels design question

Has anyone seen a good guide (web-based, book, or other) for design of precast concrete panels? I am looking for guidelines for designing and analyzing them from a structrual point of view, but am also interested in general info.

The Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI) has a really nice design handbook that is available. Just about any precast concrete producer will have access to one or get one for you.
 
I'm not sure what your application is but I like the "Tilt-Up Design and Construction Manual" by Hugh Brooks. It does a lot of good examples and has some really handy tables. It's available through the Tilt-Up Concrete Association:
