I have an existing floor system. Floor slab appears to be the Steeltex system. The slab is then supported on what looks like mini concrete bulb-tees at 2'-6" oc. At first, I thought it was encased steel joists, with the encasement used for fireproofing reasons. Then I discovered a cut joist that was headered off. The cut end looks like a solid concrete mini bulb-tee joist.

Has anyone seen anything like precast concrete bulb-tee floor joists? The system is at least 20 years old.
