pre-set snap value

Is there a way to pre-set the snap value while using move dynamic in move object or move component?

This appears to be a really good question.
I could not find where such a setting would be.
It appears to me like it uses whatever the value was the last time the dynamic move command was used.

Under move component/settings there is an animation steps or under transform/distance distance field. transform/dynamic select an arrow distance and snap fields are available.
