Can you provide a little more background relating to the scope of where welding needs to be performed?
Is it piping, a vessel, a structure (e.g. frame), etc.? What design code?
And maybe even more important, does it fall under an EU regulation or directive like CPR 305/2011/EU or PED 2014/68/EU?
