ppt and word password

Hi, would any body explain how to add permission or password on a word or ppt file?. Than you a lot.

Create your doc, then go to Tool/Options/Security and set your password.

Depending on which version of Word you have, the option is either in Save As... from the File menu, or in the Security tab of Options... from the Tools menu. The latter is the more recent version of Word.

There seems to be no password for .ppt. Zip it and put a password.
